Outbound, built not guessed
We map your true addressable market and run cold outbound straight at the buyers most likely to say yes: verified decision-makers, dedicated sending infrastructure, and messaging built around real buying signals, not a template.
Sound familiar?
Maybe it was an agency, a tool, or a hire you brought on to fix this. The list came from somewhere generic. The emails read like everyone else's inbox. And "engagement" meant an out-of-office reply counted as a win. Months in, you still didn't have a real conversation with a real buyer, just a dashboard telling you it was working.
That cycle burns budget and trust. We built Scali to run differently.
Before a single email goes out, we research who your buyers actually are and build the list by hand in Clay, verified against your real ICP, not pulled from a shared database everyone else is already emailing.
Every campaign runs on infrastructure we build and warm specifically for you, kept separate from the inbox you actually sell out of.
Your account never gets handed off mid-quarter. The person who scoped your campaign is the person running it every week.
You'll see whether this works for your market inside the first two weeks, not after a quarter of "optimization."
"I'd love to talk to you about that." A real reply, from a real cold email, that turned into booked revenue.
Built end to end: list mapped and enriched in Clay, outreach run through Smartlead on a dedicated sending domain to protect the client's primary domain. Meetings from this campaign converted into real revenue for the client.

Book a strategy callHow it works
You keep the account list, the infrastructure, and the data from every test we run, so you close revenue you can count on, not just chase another tool with nothing to show for it.
Lists built and verified in Clay, sequences run through Smartlead on dedicated sending domains, warmed separately from your primary domain. This is the channel that scales past what any one person could send by hand.
For accounts worth a warmer touch, we research and reach out ourselves: verifying the right decision-maker, referencing something real about the company, not a mail-merge field.
Fit check
We'd rather tell you it's not a fit now than take the work and waste both our time.
Selling to a clear ICP with a real budget to solve the problem.
You can run the meeting. You just don't have hours to build the list and write the sequence.
Past product-market fit, not still validating the core offer.
The list, the infrastructure, and the data are yours after the pilot, whether you continue or not.
Nail the offer first. Outbound can't fix a product nobody wants yet.
Wrong shop. We're not the cheapest way to send 10,000 emails.
You'll see every list, every message, and every result. If that's not what you want, this isn't the fit.
We run this hands-on, not with a call-center team. That's the accountability, and also the ceiling, until it's proven out.
Why Scali
About the founder
I have a background in Computer Science, and started my career in e-commerce and marketing before moving into GTM and BDR leadership at Metasurfai, a Web3 platform.
Over the past five years, I've built a deep understanding of cold email and outbound strategy, with a heavy focus on deliverability, designing infrastructure and sequences built to land in the inbox, not the spam folder.
I also won the Clay Architect competition, sharpening my ability to design and run modern outbound systems end to end.

Common questions
The pilot runs $1,200–$1,800, fixed scope, for 4 weeks. Ongoing management is $1,500–$2,200/mo, and only comes up once the pilot has shown results worth continuing.
You decide. The list, the infrastructure, and the data are yours either way. Most clients continue into managed pipeline once they see real replies land.
An SDR takes 2–3 months to ramp and costs a full salary before you know whether outbound even works for your market. The pilot gets you a real answer in weeks, not quarters.
We'll tell you honestly on the first call. If the addressable market is too small, or the offer isn't ready for cold outreach yet, we'll say so instead of taking the work.
A call to understand your ICP and offer, quick approval on messaging before it goes out, and about 15 minutes a week to review reporting.
No. Outreach runs on a dedicated sending domain, built and warmed separately. Your primary domain never sends a cold email.
Those are the tools. We're the team that builds the market map, writes and tests the messaging, and manages deliverability, so the tools produce replies instead of sitting half-configured.
